Nat Rabb is a Technical Associate at MIT GOV/LAB, where he works on many facets of trust, including how digital service delivery affects trust in government and how to conceptualize and measure trust. His interest in these questions comes from a longstanding fascination with collective behavior and knowledge, which work through trust. He comes to GOV/LAB from applied research positions at The Policy Lab at Brown University, where he conducted survey and experimental work on COVID-19 with the Rhode Island Department of Health, and Harvard Business School, where he studied private sector climate change policies. He also served as psychology lead for the European Commission’s Enlightenment 2.0 report and co-guest edited a special issue of Topics In Cognitive Science on collective cognition to be published in 2024.
