Michelle was a Senior Research Support Associate with the MIT GOV/LAB working on government transparency and accountability initiatives, with fieldwork in Tanzania. Prior to joining GOV/LAB, Michelle was a Fulbright fellow in Germany, where she studied the German federal army’s modernization efforts at greater accountability to civilian society. Michelle holds a B.A. in International Relations and German Studies from Tufts University.
