Benjamín Muñoz is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science specializing in comparative politics and quantitative methods. His research interests include participation, political engagement, ideology, and representation of minorities and excluded groups, with a regional focus on Latin America.
Before coming to MIT, Benjamín worked at the Center for Social Conflict and Cohesion Studies in Chile as a survey technical coordinator. Benjamín graduated with the highest distinction with a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
